Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Property Claim Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training classes on insurance policies and claims processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from various stakeholders and establish accurate scope of damages

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months of employment
