Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager to supervise operational and financial activities of properties remotely in Tacoma, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, including performance evaluations and hiring
• Manage daily team activities, establish schedules, and respond to tenant issues
• Prepare budgets, performance reports, and legal notices while serving as the primary contact for property owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and enhance job effectiveness
• Extensive organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive information and performance expectations
