Job Summary

Seeking a part-time, remote Washington Licensed Real Estate Agent, the role will manage the evaluation of AI processes in real estate transactions, ensuring quality and accuracy in automated interactions between home buyers and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate annotated data to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements
• Provide feedback and guidance to engineers to improve the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance based on annotated data

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker
• Deep understanding of the real estate transaction process
• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to define clear guidelines
