Job Summary

Evaluating annotated data and AI-generated outputs, the remote contract Washington Licensed Real Estate Evaluator will ensure quality and accuracy while collaborating with engineering and data science teams to enhance AI systems in the real estate domain.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate annotated real estate data to meet quality and accuracy standards
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve AI model performance and output quality
• Develop and maintain evaluation guidelines, quality standards, and best practices

Required qualifications

• Active real estate license with 3+ years of experience as a real estate agent or broker
• Strong understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle and industry practices
• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and experience evaluating AI-generated content
• Experience supporting Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives, including content evaluation
