Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the temporary full-time FLEX Market Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and collaborate with hiring managers remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency
• Source and build a pipeline of candidates through various creative strategies, including social media and events
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 4+ years of experience in agency recruiting
• Strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to enhance hiring strategies
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and data analysis
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across various stakeholders
