Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs and ensure timely and accurate packaging of loans
• Obtain and validate all necessary loan documentation, coordinating with loan officers and borrowers
• Manage loan pipeline, communicate outstanding items, and ensure compliance with deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing
• Must pass in-house Mortgage test with a score of 70% or better
• Ability to perform all tasks from start to finish to ensure loans are eligible for purchase
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
