Washington Licensed Registered Nurse
Job Summary
To support the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval, a Washington Licensed Registered Nurse will manage integrated referral management and appointing center services in a hybrid role, working remotely and conducting some in-person visits while educating patients and reviewing cases.
Key responsibilities
- Review cases and educate patients on appropriate care options
- Manage healthcare costs for dependents of Active Duty and eligible retirees
- Handle multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Nursing Degree
- Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license
- At least 2 years of experience as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Current certification in either Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong technical aptitude
