Washington Licensed Revenue Cycle Biller

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle team, the full-time remote Washington Licensed Revenue Cycle Biller will reconcile patient balances, maximize reimbursement through billing processes, and assist patients with billing issues while residing in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile patient balances and manage accounts receivable aging and claim follow-up
• Utilize billing processes to maximize reimbursement for services rendered
• Review reports to identify potential problems and process appeals for claims

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare billing experience
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Experience with a variety of insurance portals
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and laws
• Experience in Meditech Expanse is a plus
