Washington Licensed Risk Manager

Job Summary

Evaluating complex property exposures, the full-time Washington Licensed Risk Manager will perform independent risk assessments, recommend loss prevention strategies, and communicate findings directly to members in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive risk assessments by evaluating diverse property conditions and risk exposures
• Analyze findings to assess loss probability and recommend mitigation strategies based on risk impact
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly, building credibility with members through professional engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant field experience highly valued
• 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or in a related insurance role focused on property risk assessment
• OR 5+ years of experience in high-value home construction or related fields such as home inspection or appraisal
• Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and discretion in complex situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
