Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Call Us First - PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage assessment and health advice to Primary Care patients using approved protocols
• Document calls in a timely manner according to department standards for legal and statistical purposes
• Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
• Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, utilization review, and patient education
• Experience in telephonic nursing
• Case management experience preferred
