Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst (REMOTE) for Washington only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies and templates
• Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts and plans
• Maintain staffing requirements and manage HR-related activities to support compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
• Expert level experience in call center operations, processes, and procedures
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
