- Maintain staffing requirements and manage HR-related activities to support compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
- Expert level experience in call center operations, processes, and procedures
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
