Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
  • Expert level experience in call center operations, processes, and procedures
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
