Job Summary
Washington Licensed Scheduling Supervisor, this full-time hourly position oversees a centralized call center scheduling team, ensuring staff performance and scheduling accuracy while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line leadership and operational oversight for the scheduling team
- Accountable for staff performance, coaching, and ensuring efficient workflows
- Build collaborative partnerships with medical practice teams and support partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree required; equivalent related experience may be considered
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Two (2) years of experience in scheduling operations or call center preferred
- Skilled in working with a highly computerized environment with complex workflows
- Epic/Radiant experience and knowledge of imaging modalities preferred
