Washington Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Washington Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, advise on fleet service contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements
• Advising on contracts related to fleet services and supporting finance and leasing-related contracts
• Managing inbound contracting requests and collaborating with the General Counsel and legal team

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 5 to 10 years of commercial legal experience in private practice or in-house
• Experience supporting vehicle or equipment leasing and fleet management initiatives preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts
• Familiarity with data privacy issues is a plus
