Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while collaborating with a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Washington
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
