Washington Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible, hybrid, or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in Washington State
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently
