Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Washington Licensed Senior Licensing Specialist will perform advanced licensing, credentialing, and provider enrollment functions to support onboarding and regulatory compliance in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate multi-state licensing applications, managing renewals and provider communications to ensure compliance
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve licensing issues and identify process gaps while maintaining quality and accountability
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship on state licensing requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of licensing experience in a healthcare setting, with lead-level experience preferred
- CPCS certification required within 1 year of employment
- Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
