Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Washington Licensed Senior Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting for cleared IT candidates, focusing on those with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly clearances in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting full life-cycle recruiting for cleared candidates, including job postings and candidate outreach
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify and fill current and upcoming positions while maintaining exceptional client service
• Attracting and pipelining passive candidates to meet strategic business needs and goals

Required qualifications

• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer and other IC partners
• College degree
