Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker LCSW for a part-time, remote position during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mental health and wellness programs for caregivers and staff
• Conduct assessments and respond to mental health concerns and crises
• Collaborate with team members and engage in ongoing program improvement

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
• Two years of direct clinical care experience with behavioral health needs
• State-specific Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW or equivalent)
• Experience in providing ethical consultations and care
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid preferred
