Job Summary

Providing remote clinical social work consult services, the part-time Washington Licensed Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment recommendations, and crisis interventions for acute patients through a Telehealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients via telehealth in emergency and inpatient settings
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with psychiatrists for patient care transitions

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire
• 5 years of post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings
• Experience with Electronic Health Record documentation (EPIC preferred)
