Job Summary

A company is looking for a Washington Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, evaluating students' strengths and areas for growth
• Design and utilize personalized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Utilize online platform to engage students in interactive and engaging therapy sessions, employing creative techniques and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist is required
• Current state licensure in WA as an SLP (or ability to obtain appropriate licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP with experience in a school setting
• Comfort and proficiency in using technology and online therapy platforms to deliver virtual services
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve therapy goals
