Job Summary
To support a growing treatment team, the part-time Washington Licensed Staff Provider will facilitate rapid-access telemedicine intakes, provide longitudinal maintenance care, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure member success in recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake medical duties and prescribe medications as needed, adhering to clinical policies
- Maintain a panel of maintenance members and provide regular follow-up care, including monthly group sessions
- Complete thorough documentation of medical encounters and manage scheduling to ensure timely care delivery
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
- Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
- Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and credentialed with relevant health plans
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services to support telemedicine operations
