Washington Licensed Telehealth Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Washington Licensed Telehealth Provider will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans as a 1099 contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and OCD
• Prescribe medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Physician (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active and unrestricted medical license (multi-state preferred)
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing controlled substances
