Job Summary

To support a behavioral health consult team, the part-time Washington Licensed Telehealth Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide clinical social work consult services, and triage patients remotely across various settings.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess and triage patients via telehealth, providing a range of clinical services
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings
  • Provide treatment recommendations, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
  • Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire
  • 5 years of post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
  • Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred)
