Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide virtual therapeutic treatment services, crisis intervention, and case management to patients and their families while ensuring compliance with documentation and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatment services, including individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and within required timeframes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and modify care plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Full, independent licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in Washington state
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, with at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups
- Ability to obtain a substance disorder license-in-training within six months if working in a co-occurring program
