Job Summary

To support a flexible work environment, the Remote Teletherapist (1099 Contractor) will deliver high-quality mental health services through a secure telehealth platform, manage their own client load and schedule, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services (individual, group, or couples) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate effective, measurable treatment strategies
• Maintain impeccable, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing
• Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT)
• Comfort and efficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and professional video conferencing
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for client sessions
