Job Summary

To support a flexible and autonomous work environment, a Washington Licensed Teletherapist will provide high-quality mental health services remotely as a 1099 independent contractor, managing their own client load and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop measurable treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing
• Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT)
• Comfort with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and professional video conferencing
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for conducting sessions
