Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Therapist will provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment for clients with eating disorders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Co-facilitate therapy sessions and oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring adherence to treatment plans
• Create and monitor individualized treatment plans, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Engage in multidisciplinary case conceptualization and contribute to treatment team discussions

Required qualifications

• Current Associate or Independent licensure in Washington state
• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field
• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy
• Preferred experience in DBT, CBT, FBT, and eating disorders treatment
• Computer proficiency required
