Job Summary
To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, Washington Licensed Therapists will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care while working full-time hours in the Pacific Time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with members, families, and healthcare providers
- Provide individual counseling and group therapy to adolescents and adults, while advocating for members' needs
- Document all member assessments, care plans, and referrals, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Required qualifications
- Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in Washington
- Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations, particularly in maternal substance abuse
- Experience with both adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
- Remote work experience is preferred
