Job Summary
To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, a full-time Washington Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
- Document assessments, care plans, and referrals, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC in Washington
- Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
- Experience working with adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
