Job Summary

To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, a Washington Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
  • Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document assessments and care plans while achieving set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications
  • Valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in Washington state
  • Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
  • Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
  • Experience with both adults and adolescents
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
