Job Summary
To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, a Washington Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document assessments and care plans while achieving set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in Washington state
- Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
- Experience with both adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
