Job Summary
To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, Washington Licensed Therapists will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care, while enjoying a full-time salaried position with flexibility and autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with members, families, and healthcare providers
- Provide individual counseling and group therapy to adolescents and adults, while identifying referrals for social service programs
- Document member assessments and care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure safe transitions of care
Required qualifications
- Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in Washington
- Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations and maternal substance abuse
- Experience with both adult and adolescent clients
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
- Remote work experience is preferred
