Job Summary

To support a fully remote Suicide Prevention & Family Support Program, a full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a clinical care team to coordinate care for youth at high risk of suicide.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver Family-Centered Psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches for youth aged 12-26 at high risk of suicide
  • Conduct Suicide Risk Assessments and lead Safety Planning tailored to youth and their families
  • Manage monthly acuity and risk stratification through validated clinical assessments and adjust treatment goals accordingly
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
  • Current Washington Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • Two or more years of direct experience in the behavioral health field, particularly with adolescents and adults
  • Crisis intervention training and experience
  • Knowledge of local resources and issues related to mental health and social determinants of health
