Job Summary
To support a fully remote Severe Mental Illness Program, the full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care for patients with severe mental illness while managing a caseload with appropriate autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality evidence-based psychotherapy to members with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and co-occurring conditions
- Lead clinical risk stratification by administering assessments and adjusting treatment plans based on member readiness and clinical needs
- Engage in crisis management and serve as the clinical point of escalation for high-acuity member events
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
- Current Washington Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field
- Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health
- Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
