Washington Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based care with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and consistent caseloads
• Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while receiving operational support for scheduling and billing
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and maintain a structured approach to patient care

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or other structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
