Washington Licensed Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing remote Suicide Prevention & Family Support Program, a full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a clinical care team to coordinate care for youth at high risk of suicide.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver Family-Centered Psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches for youth aged 12-26
- Conduct Suicide Risk Assessments and lead Safety Planning tailored to youth and their families
- Manage Monthly Acuity and Risk Stratification through validated clinical assessments and adjust care accordingly
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline
- Current Washington Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience in the behavioral health field, preferably with adolescents
- Crisis intervention training and experience
- Knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health related to mental health
