Job Summary

To support a fully remote Severe Mental Illness Program, the full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care for patients with serious mental illness, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with an integrated care team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality individual and group teletherapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT for patients with serious mental illness
  • Administer clinical assessments to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to address comprehensive patient needs and engage caregivers and support systems
Required qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
  • Current Washington Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field
  • Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health
  • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
