Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Washington Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage the loan file from pre-approval through closing, ensuring organization and accuracy while supporting Loan Officers and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the loan file, coordinating with Loan Officers and processors to keep transactions organized and moving forward
  • Collect and organize client documentation, run income calculations, and prepare pre-approvals
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Loan Officers, clients, and partners, maintaining clear communication and visibility on file status
Required qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data entry
  • Ability to work PST hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with some flexibility
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage process is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable, resourceful, and willing to learn
