Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in coaching, training, or working with individuals during major life transitions preferred
• Experience or interest in supporting early-career professionals or college graduates
• Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and managing digital client records
• Ability to maintain a flexible, part-time caseload while meeting program deadlines
