Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from patients, assessing needs and providing clinical dispositions
• Facilitate access to healthcare providers and educate patients on care advice and chronic disease management
• Document encounters according to departmental standards and participate in quality improvement processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• Three years of clinical RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting
• WA State RN license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing
• Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT and ICD coding procedures, and pharmacology
• Previous telephone triage/call center RN experience preferred
