Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Virtual Therapist, the per diem remote position will deliver measurement-informed care through evidence-based models, monitor participant progress, and collaborate with a care team to enhance behavioral health services.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver remote measurement-informed care through evidence-based treatment models
• Monitor participant progress and document session notes while providing care coordination recommendations
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Current, active, and unrestricted license in the state of Washington
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours a week
