Job Summary

Serving as the technical expert for the Employee Navigator platform, the full-time onsite Washington Life & Health Account Manager will oversee benefits system configuration, carrier integrations, and ongoing platform administration while supporting internal teams and clients in resolving complex benefits technology issues.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain employee benefit plans within the Employee Navigator platform
• Manage platform implementation, system configuration, and ongoing benefits administration workflows
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve escalated technical issues and implementation challenges

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, brokerage operations, or a related field
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Employee Navigator platform
• Proven experience configuring carrier feeds, EDI integrations, and benefits system implementations
• Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit plans
• Active Life & Health insurance license REQUIRED
