Washington Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
• Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing and workload management
• Provide analytical input related to trends in call handle time and call volume to improve forecasts and plans

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies, particularly in call centers
• Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, or Workforce Certification
