Washington Managing Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Attorney to lead their Washington team of attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs all activities of the Branch Legal Office in accordance with company objectives and policies
• Assigns litigated claims to Branch Legal Office attorneys or outside counsel as per company procedures
• Consults with the Claims Department on legal aspects of handling personal injury claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Law school degree and member in good standing of the State Bar in the relevant state
• At least two years as a Supervising Attorney or four years as a Senior Trial Attorney
• Experience in managing legal teams and overseeing case assignments
• Ability to develop and implement quality control measures for legal representation
