Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate to support clinical review activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and interpret clinical documentation
• Generate required program reports and assist in departmental procedures
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to the role
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• Prior experience reviewing medical records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
