Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Closer will prepare loan closing documents, process mortgage modifications, and handle construction rolls, with remote options available.

Key responsibilities

• Process approved loan requests and deliver completed loan documents to lenders and customers in a timely manner
• Prepare accurate loan documents and serve as a back-up for mortgage loan application input using automated software
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services while processing pay outs, construction rolls, and mortgage modifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in computer systems, banking applications, and lending preferred
• Exceptional detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
