Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on addiction medicine, the full-time Washington Nurse Practitioner will deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver medication for opioid use disorder and manage patient treatment plans in a remote setting
- Initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported care model
- Work autonomously while maintaining a patient-centered approach to care
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington or eligible state of residence
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously and provide patient-centered care
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Commitment to harm reduction principles in addiction medicine
