Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Washington/Oregon Commercial Title Examiner, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Searches and examines chains of title primarily for commercial land
• Performs title examination of complex title orders requiring high-level expertise
• Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify property descriptions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of directly related Commercial Title experience
• Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
• Multiple state licenses as required by state
• Experience in Wind, Solar, and Timber is a plus
