Job Summary

Providing patient-centered access to healthcare services, the full-time Patient Services Specialist in Patient Engagement will manage appointment scheduling, assist with health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate appointment scheduling and navigation for patients within the healthcare network
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Build and maintain relationships with patients seeking treatment and information

Required qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
