Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and timekeeping governance, including compliance and configuration
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting payroll systems, ensuring no negative impacts on payroll results
• Support training and documentation efforts related to payroll processes and compliance education

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in hotel finance, payroll, timekeeping, WFM, or HR
• Expertise with Oracle HCM/Payroll, UKG (ATLAS), and Peoplesoft GL
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting principles and hospitality pay structures
• Experience in configuration, testing, compliance, and vendor governance
• CPP certification preferred
