Washington PE Licensed Design Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing transportation practice in the West region, the full-time Alternative Delivery Design Manager will manage all aspects of Transportation Alternative Delivery projects, develop client relations, and participate in business development activities, with the flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage scope, budget, and schedule for Transportation Alternative Delivery projects to ensure successful completion
- Lead support staff and oversee document production for projects
- Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering
- 15+ years of progressive experience in transportation infrastructure projects
- 10+ years of experience as a Design Manager on alternative delivery and design-build projects
- Washington or California PE license required; SE license preferred
- Knowledge of design-build teaming and professional services agreements
